We’d never travelled with our dogs until we started taking Katy (and then Chappy) to MV. How did I not know about the dog park? He loves to play on the beach, though I always keep him on a leash. (I can’t really swim myself, so I’m not risking him getting swept away! Though, really, he prefers just to splash in the waves. He wades, not swims.) At this point, I really can’t imagine NOT bringing him along, though it’s true–the hardest part is finding a place to stay.

I’m drooling all over my keyboard here at the sight of that delicious, perfectly photographed picture of an ice cream cone. It looks like pistachio to me which is my favorite flavor. Now I’ve got lick marks on the screen from trying to catch that melting drop on the side of the cone. (Sigh)
